Rikka is in play at empatheias and has previously been played at high_seas. I use one journal for Rikka regardless of whether she's a civilian or a Precure (or for Raquel), so tags from this Rikka will always come from this journal. If you're looking for a Rikka with darker hair and green eyes that's in savetheearth, you want Winter Adamas, peacefulwinter.
